Need to order transcripts from the School for Dog Trainers? Follow the two steps below:

Step 1 – Complete the short transcript request form to begin the transcript order process.

Step 2 – Once you have received notification from our office that your transcript request has been received, submit the PayPal form ($15.00 payment) to complete the order process.

Your transcript will be sent to the email address on your transcript request form.
